Here are some examples of my work. Please click any image for a larger view. I typically work from photographs that I take myself for clients local to northern New Mexico. If you are from elsewhere, I will work from your photographs. I prefer original glossy photos or high-resolution image files. The more photos you send the better as I can capture your pet's personality with more visual information. The best photos should be taken from eye-level with your pet, rather than from above. All your original photos will be returned with the finished portrait.
I like to talk to the pet owner before I start working to get a feel for what they hope to achieve with the portrait. I ask about there home decor so the colors in the background (and framing, when available) will compliment their home harmoniously. I need to have that conversation to produce artwork that will please the owner and make it all worthwhile.
